    Hello!
    I have a little problem. I bought an Ultimate Post Pro and a Prime Slider Pro a few days ago. I provided my email address during the purchase. I made my purchase, I received an email with my license and a password to access my account, and some other information. There is a login link that has not worked since then (Error establishing a database connection). Since the link is not working, I went to bdthemes.com and tried to log in with my details. I received an error message that the email address is unknown. After that I wrote to support. Who sent an activation link. I don’t understand why if I need an activation link, I can’t include it in the email I receive the password for? Why do I have to ask for this separately? After that, I activated my account and I received a message that it was successful. After that, I tried to enter again. Nothing has changed, the same text, I can’t enter the same way. Another email to support, they wrote back that I have nothing more to do, everything is fine as it is. We’ve been here ever since, nothing has changed. I should log in but I can’t. Because when I got the plugin, I activated it. But in the meantime, I had some technical issues and had to reinstall WordPress. Because of this, I would have to activate the plugin again, but it can’t. I assume I would need to log in to my account, delete the linked page first, and then reactivate it. At least that’s usually the case. And then I could do my thing further. Instead, I now look down at the sky and wait for the miracle and smoke in my head. To solve my half-minute problem that shouldn’t have happened. You’re able to make such a great plugin while doing the rest of the thing like an amateur.     And the email I received from support was about 2-3,000 characters long and was full of codes that were incomprehensible to all sorts of ordinary people. What is this and why?

    And one more thing: the free plugin was turned on. I uploaded the pro. I turned it on. For this the free is off. I just looked and didn’t understand, I’ve never seen anything like it. I turned on free then because I thought I accidentally turned it off. Then the pro is turned off. And then I looked at the widgets one by one and figured out what was. Why is this the case? Why do I have to break my head about what now? You have incomprehensible stupid things. Nobody does that. And once again, the plugin is quite great. But with that sort of thing, you ruin everything

    At the first, we want to inform you that our Premium plugin needs activation in a WordPress website for the only first time. But you deleted your website and again need to activate the same website. So it’s a simple matter that you need to remove the old domain then activate the new one.
    The second thing, maybe we send you the store link, but maybe the email sender system did something wrong, that’s why it’s possible to get encoded email. By the way, you may reply to the email again to request us to solve the issue.
    In our system, if you are a pro user and using the pro plugin, then you don’t need to activate the free plugin. You can only activate one of them. I hope there is no issue. We developed the pro version separately for our pro users and it’s also included all the features of the free version.
    One of the important things is, you are a premium user, so we request you to directly email us. We will give you any kind of solution in your email. Because it’s against the rule to provide support to the pro users on the free platfrom.
