Hustle submit button does not work

    I created the Hustle pop up and added it to our WP site. The problem is that when I click on the submit button it performs no action. I tried it on a couple of different browsers with no successful form submission.
    It is set to appear on all pages.
    How can this be fixed?

  • Sorry to hear you are encountering an issue with your Hustle submission. Could you try activating a default theme and checking to see if the submission works? This will let us know if there is a conflict with the theme. Thank you for contacting support.

    I used the default theme and it still does not work. If I add an email that’s already in the list, I get a message “user already subscribed.”
    If I add a new email, I get a message “Something went wrong, try again later.”
    Can you let me know how this can be fixed?

    I had a look at your site but I don’t see the popup anywhere, did you disable it?

    Can you tell me which email provider you are using?

    Also, is there any other subscription form on the page that you were testing this on?

    Hi Predrag,
    We uninstalled the Hustle plugin. It seemed like too much trouble to get it to work as intended.
