Hustle Pop Up Not Popping Up

    Hi lovely Hustle developers & users

    I installed the Hustle plugin on my WordPress site and I believe I did everything correctly in trying to set up my first email opt-in pop up but I cannot get it to actually work. I even had a friend who is a developer and WordPress pro take a look and she couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working either. So we’re pretty stumped & a little frustrated.

    Any troubleshooting advice you can offer? Thinking there may be some minor thing we’re just overlooking to get it to work. And yes, it is active & not in test mode. I don’t know if it matters or not, but we’re using the theme JAS Gecko.

  • Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the opt-in feature working on your site. Did you turn on Debug or is your site showing any errors we can work with? Please, share your URL so we can take a closer look. Thank you!
