Hustle Pop-up does not appear on mobile

On the computer it works as it should, but on the phone the pop-up does not appear at all.

After visiting your site and randomly checking a few pages, I couldn’t find any pop-up, would you let us know on which page should trigger it? and which option are you using? like scroll, timer, click. Thank you.

LauraIt is set to page scrolling. As I mentioned, it works fine on the computer. Miracles happen on the phone. Tested on two phones, on Safari and Chrome. There is no rule, it appears on some subpages, not on others, and on some subpages the old version of the pop-up is displayed, which I have already removed… I even reinstalled the plugin

Unfortunately, just like Laura earlier, I couldn’t see any popup showing up upon scroll on any page even on desktop (tested with Chrome and Firefox, without any ad-blocking active). Should it be showing up on homepage or some other pages (or everywhere)?
Could you, please, export the popup and share that export with us so we could take a closer look and check its settings on our end?
To export popup:
– go to “Hustle -> Popups” page
– click on a little “gear” icon next to the popup in question
– select export
– save export file and put it at your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account
– and in response here include direct link (set to “everyone with a link can view…” or similar permission) to itKind regards,

Thanks, I was now able to find and see it on desktop. I then visited the site on my mobile and I could also see the popup. Take a look, please:

However, the popup is currently set to not show anymore for 1 day after being closed and to not show for entire year after opt-in (so after submitting the form). So if you see it and close it, it won’t show up again for 24 hours. If you – even for testing – submitted the form – it won’t show for a year.
If you check site again in “incognito” browser tab – it should show up again. Is it showing for you this way or is it also missing?
If it’s not showing – have you tried on different devices/browsers? If yes – is it the same for you on all of them or just some specific one(s)?

I removed all exclusions to start over. This plugin really has a life of its own. Now the pop-up appears on some subpages and not on others. Completely random.

Could we know what exact visibility rule you tried? Possible to provide a screenshot of the current rule you have configured so that we can also browse through your website to see how it behaves?
In general, the following rule should be enough to prevent the popup to appear in selected pages:

If there are changes to the popup configuration compared to the previous popup export you have shared then please do re-share a new export too.
