Hustle pop doesn’t show up on website

Possible to share the export of the popup, so that we could check its configuration and also share the page URL where you are supposed to get the popup loaded, so that we could have a better idea regarding this?

the pop up should be visible on this website https://kiweno.com/de/hc/wissen/ on several sites except those mentioned in the settings of the pop up

Thanks for sharing the export, the issue is with the current visibility rules added as seen in the screenshot:

You have currently configured to Hide the popup on all URLs except /supplements-by-you/ & kontakt-sby/.

Could you please re-check the settings and update the visibility rules and then check how it behaves?

Please do make sure to clear any cache and also the browser cache and let us know how that goes.

In case you still notice any issue even after the above then would recommend you to temporarily remove the visibility rules to see how it behaves too.
