I currently have a few different pop ups created by hustle plugin for my blog articles. I changed the visibility to categories, with the aim of seeing the effectiveness of the popup in each category. However, my article has multiple categories tagged to it. I am unable to make it appear for just the primary category and now, the pop up shows up multiple times. How can I make the visibility for each popup filtered to only the primary article and have it only show up once.

  • Hello @clrx !

    I hope you’re having a great day!

I checked for possibilities to achieve that, but unfortunately I didn’t find any options that would allow this specific setup. I’ve asked our Second Line Support Team to check if there’s a possibility of achieving that using a code snippet that would allow this kind of setup. We’ll update you here as soon as we hear back from them.

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Hello @clrx ,

Our developer reviewed this, and I’m afraid there’s no way to change that behaviour (without manually editing the plugin’s source code, I mean). Still, if the amount of categories is small you could try to “flip” the visibility conditions: instead of showing the Pop-up in a specific category, you can hide the pop-up in all other categories.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
