    The setup between Hustle and Active Campaign is done properly.

    I reset the Active Campaign API and integrated it again and when I try to sign up to get the freebie the email gets added to Active Campaign but it’s not added to any list.

    I selected the list that I want all emails to go and it saved without any errors but it’s not adding the emails in the correct list.

    I have an automation setup but if the email isn’t added to the list, it’s not running.

    Hi @mistress92,

    Can you please explain this a bit further because I’m not sure that I’m completely understanding the issue you have?
    Are you saying that you have selected your list Hustle settings but when you subscribe your user is not being added to that list?
    I’m asking this because I tested this on my installation just now and I was added to the list properly:

    Could you try disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if any of those are conflicting with Hustle on your site?

    In my active campaign account, I have 3 lists.

    List A,B,C.

    I have welcome message automation setup for List A.

    I used the Hustle plugin to do an sign up embed. I linked the active campaign and choose to send all emails to List A.

    The issue is that when people sign up using the embed, they are added to the Active Campaign account but ARE NOT added to List A.

    I have 3 lists but they are not added to any list.

    Since they are not added to List A, the welcome automation doesn’t trigger.

    The issue is that they are not being added to the list that I chose in the setup.

    and Hustle is the only plugin that I have setup to collect emails.

    Hi @mistress92,

    I’m afraid that I still can’t replicate this issue form my end, I added 3 lists and selected List 3 in Huste.
    After submitting my email I have added to the proper list right away, you can see how it behaves to me here:

    It seems that this is something specific to your installation and conflict test should tell us if there’s anything preventing Hustle from working properly there.

    Your test is what I exactly want. But I’m not sure what to do.

    Should I deactivate my active campaign account? I know I used a MailChimp plugin but I already deactivated that

    No, conflict test is when you deactivate all other plugins on site and try again with just Hustle if the error is still there, as shown in the flowchart:

    (make sure you have backup of your site before doing any changes)
