    Hello,
We would like some assistance with this issue.

Issue: Issue presents when mailpoet email signup confirmation is successfully accepted (from email inbox), however no user is added to the default ‘newsletter list’. However, on hustle – it says that the user is successfully added. We require the user to be on the mailpoet list too, because we would like to send welcome emails and newsletter emails using the mailpoet interface.

    Hustle version: 7.4.5.2
    Mailpoet version: 3.70.0

    Steps to reproduce:
    On Hustle:
    1. Set up mailpoet integration on hustle ‘integration’ tab
    2. Create new box popup
    3. Add a additional name field in popup->’Opt-in Form Field’
    4. Save the popup draft
    5. Click on integrations tab and add mailpoet
    6. Select ‘Newsletter mailing list’
    7. Map email and name fields of hustle to mailpoet
    8. Save popup and publish

    On Mailpoet3
    1. Enable signup confirmation in mailpoet-> setting->signup confirmation tab

    On website:
    1. Enter name and email in popup
    2. Receive signup confirmation in email account and click accept

    Verification:
    1. Check mailpoet ‘newsletter mailing list’ to see if subscriber is added
(in our case, nothing shows up)

    Thanks

    Hi @edoki,

I just tested the integration between MailPoet 3 and Hustle using the latest version of both plugins and I can confirm it’s working as expected.

Can you please confirm you don’t have any custom field created with MailPoet 3 that is set to be mandatory and is not mapped with your Hustle form?

If you edit your Hustle Pop-Up form and go to Integrations tab, click on the “cog” icon next to MailPoet.

Then double-check if you have chosen the right list to add your new subscribers to, and on the next step, check if you don’t have any other custom field that has not been mapped or added to your Hustle form NOT showing as “None”.

    Hi,
    Thankyou for your prompt response.
It turns out it was a mistake where the testing subscriber email that we were subscribing to was put in the trash.

So the issue is now resolved.
