Hustle 6.0 Has Problems

    All popups, widgets and shortcodes do not work anymore. Also, it shows that I have 6 subscribers in the email list but when I press to see the emails it only shows one.

    Hope you’re well.

    I tried on my side, for “not working anymore” issue, first can you check caching plugins if you use any? If not also maybe there is browser caching can you try with the different browser, different device or private window?

    For local email list; I can replicate this issue and reported that to developers. I am sure it will be fixed soon. If I get any more information about that I will update this thread.

    By the look of it, your 6.0 version doesn’t support other cache plugins than W3TC.

    I use WP Rocket on all my websites, with minify. So Hustle breaks everything. Plus Scripts should be included in the footer.

    Hope all is well!

    There is a JS error in the developer console which indicated a conflict with another plugin. Would you please deactivate all the plugins except Hustle and see if the opt-in will show up. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Just a note, in version 6.0 to show opt-in in a sidebar or with a shortcode please create and embed a form from Hustle > Embed and set a module to Live.

    Looks like the Hustle opt-in is not active on your page, because I didn’t locate the plugin’s code. The Hustle should work with any cache plugin. Please see if the opt-in will be loading well when WP Rocket is deactivated; if all will be well please exclude Hustle’s JS files from WP Rocket Minification as it described in this thread

    Embed is ok after disabling specific plugin but popup still not working.

    Hope all is well!

    I’ve visited your site and the popup showed up from my end. Please see the screenshot.

    If a popup is still not showing from your end, please clear browser cache. Also please go to Hustle > Settings and check if options to not show a pop up for logged in users or/and admon are enabled
