    Great plugin.
Happy to see that it has hungarian language also.
Does the e-invoice creation method of the plugin comply with the hungarian tax regulations to e-invoices?
Before i start to use i am obliged to get a declaration of comliance form the software developer. This case, from you.
Also would be nice to get in contact with hungarian users of the plugin. Perhaps they are also have experiences with the use of the plugin in Hungary.

    Regards

    Hi Szilard,
I don’t know anything about Hungarian tax regulations, so I cannot give you a declaration of compliance. More importantly, because the plugin allows for customization of the templates, I could never issue such a declaration: anyone is free to display as much or as little information/taxes that he or she wishes. The premium business template does display much more information about the taxes (tax rate per product, total excluding tax and totals per tax rate), but because I don’t know anything about Hungarian regulation, I don’t know if that is enough. In theory everything is possible, just not everything out of the box.

Long story short: it’s impossible to give a declaration of compliance, but it’s most likely possible to make a compliant template (if the Business template isn’t already).

    Have a great day!

Sure, forgot to provide the regualtion. Not so special. The Act itself i did not find in english. But i found a summary:
“The regulation provides for two ways to produce e-invoices: – using an advanced electronic signature and a timestamp (according to the Act on Electronic Signatures) – using an electronic data interchange (EDI) system”
This is what is the basis of declarations from the local e-invoice providers (until now i did not find any of them who supports woocommerce integration).

Pity that i could not use this plugin then. First i got really excited about how great it is for my invoicing. Maybe later regulations get less strict.

Thank you for the fast response.

Are you sure this is required for a ‘regular’ webshop? The PDF invoice is just an electronic version of the otherwise paper invoice (or a more formal addition to the woocommerce email). Perhaps the term e-invoice is misleading in this case, referring to a more formal b2b agreement involving banks?

Should not be normally, but this is Hungary. Land of bureucracy and overregulated business environment. If any EU regulation is out, then in Hungary it is employed/interpreted in the most strict possible way.
    This was section for complaining…

    Nice country for living anyway.

    Great plugin anyway.
