  • Hey @frankmatt2018,

It sounds like bots are crawling the site. But the URLs you provided are generated by the Wordfence Firewall, and shouldn’t be indexed. When you visit one of the URLs, what do you see?

Also, are you using any caching on the site?

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

They are showing up in the stats plugin WP Statistics from Verona labs. When I follow them I just end up on the Index page. The thing is we use this same theme and plugins in other sites and they don’t show up.

For caching we are on siteground and they have their own plugin for that that works with their servers. But again, there are half a dozen other sites on the same server with the same setup. This is the only one that does that.

    Hey @frankmatt2018,

It would still be worth having them clear the cache in case there was a temporary issue.

If you switch to a WordPress default theme does it resolve it?

Can you please share the full contents of your robot.txt file?

    Thanks,

    Hey @frankmatt2018,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
