Hundreds of Entries | WP Options Table

Good Day,

Upon inspecting our WP Options table we found hundreds of entries labeled, _wpdiscuz_social_nnnnn. When nnnnn is a random or assigned number.

Specific Example: _wpdiscuz_social_e53bc0a95c8fb1d892255902aeed3168

Are these entries safe to delete?
