Hummingbird seems to be compatible for those using WooCommerce, but what about those of us using Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) for our e-commerce sites? I found that Hummingbird caused problems for my customers during the checkout process. Is there a way to prevent this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi @joymorin,

I’m not able to find any issues while checking out with the Hummingbird plugin on my test site. Could you please explain further about what exact issue you notice during checkout? Is there any error message or the layout breaks? Could you please share a link to the website where we could further see the issue live? A screenshot regarding this would be helpful.

However, it sounds like it might be more of an Asset Optimization setting enabled on the Hummingbird side that might be causing it. Could you please share a screenshot of the current configuration you have for Asset Optimization under Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Assets?

To double-check whether it’s related to Asset Optimization, could you please temporarily deactivate Asset Optimization under Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Settings > Deactivate and then see whether the checkout works fine or not?

This would give a better idea of how to move forward if it’s specific within any Hummingbird settings or not.

Please do let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
