We use Hummingbird and SiteOrigin Page Builder on our websites for our clients. Recently I’ve had an increasing number of websites having a content spacing issue that keeps recurring. We’ve recently had to deactivate Hummingbird for now because of the content spacing issues. The problem we’re seeing is that there is no spacing between Page Builder rows/columns when Hummingbird is active. If I deactivate Hummingbird, the spacing goes back to normal and appear correctly. If I reactivate Hummingbird the spacing issue is resolved, but eventually comes back again. I’m unsure what’s triggering the issue or how to completely resolve the issue.

    Hi @rperry1,

I hope you are keeping well and sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

Recently I’ve had an increasing number of websites having a content spacing issue that keeps recurring.

Since a website URL with the issue was not mentioned, I was unable to take a closer look at the issue. Can you please verify if any error is being logged in the browser console on the page where you notice this issue?

I hope this guide comes in handy: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/

Can you please try re-checking the files in Hummingbird Asset Optimization and check if that resolves the issue?

We look forward to hearing back from you and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

Thank you for the reply. I’ve re-activated Hummingbird on one of our websites. I’ll check to see when the spacing issue occurs again. I’m unsure what triggers the issue, so I’ll monitor this and get back to you with a link once I see it happen again. But we had it happening on multiple websites, which is why I had to deactivate the plugin on all of our websites. It was causing issues with our clients.
