hummingbird causing JS error on background video

    I have set a self hosted video only about 1 MB as my background video on a section, however the video is not showing on any device or browser and cannot figure out why. The video will only show when I am logged in to wordpress.

    There is also an error in the Chrome dev tools that references hummingbird assets. This is the error
