Huge white space between menu and rest of page

Hi,

I’ve been using OceanWP for a while and everything was working smoothly, until this morning I checked and saw a huge white space below the menu on every page. Every page now suddenly requires having to scroll down to see the rest of the page, which of course is not the way it should be.

I have tried changing the header settings and the only menu type where this doesn’t happen is the full screen (hamburger) menu. But I want to be able to use a different menu type. I have updated to the most recent version of the theme. Any idea what I can do to fix this problem?
