There is no image source that consistently provides files with filenames that will match your site’s SEO. The basic solution is to save all inbound files to an local drive, do your renaming and then upload. Multiple steps prone to human error.

If you are importing product from another site into your online shop it is an even bigger nightmare. To fix the file names you have to download the files to a local folder, delete the originals from your site, rename the local files, upload the renamed files, and link them back to the products they belong to.
