Try adding the below code to the Customize > Custom CSS section to fix it –

.wp-embed-responsive .wp-block-embed.wp-embed-aspect-4-3 .wp-block-embed__wrapper:before {
    padding-top: 0;
}

The code did not resolve the problem for me (assuming I did it right).
