    You can leave a comment in their CodeCanyon item page comments (instead of mailing them) and they would surely get back to you on any queries you might have.

    Or you can consider the extremely popular, much better designed yet free SiteOrigin Page Builder and see if that meets your needs. Having used the same for more than an year now, I have only good things to say about it. We have a well supported plugin for SiteOrigin which has all the elements you need to build most sites.
