I think your problem will be, that IE has a css file loading limit, and our files aren’t loading.
First you could try to change the CSS and Javascript load mode in the WordPress’ left admin menu Settings -> Nextend Settings, maybe that helps, but then probably another css file will be missing, so you could try some plugin, which offers a css merging option, like W3 Total Cache. You should test that out thoroughly, especially if you will want to try the javascript merging and minification too, because not all plugins and themes are working with it properly.
