Huge Mess

I have created a huge mess. This morning I could not log in to my blog and I am sure it was because of all the fooling around I did yesterday. My blog is relatively new and there was not that much on it anyway so I decided to uninstall and reinstall. That did not work so I am wondering if I can delete my whole account and create a new one???
