    Hi,

I am using your free version on a WordPress site. I use Adobe Acrobat Acrobat Pro DC version 2018.009.20050 . Forms I created in and were sent in ’16 work fine. Forms I created in ’17 won’t save the filled in items on the form and have error msgs when I try to download the forms from Huge IT that have been submitted. Have you encountered this issue and is it an Adobe version issue or do you have any recommendations?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I thought I did reply but I guess I didn’t do it correctly. It hasn’t been resolved. Here is my reply.

I have a few fillable forms created in Acrobat. I’ve uploaded them to my site. When a customer downloads them they open. If they fill them in, the information they filled in isn’t saved. When they upload them through the Huge IT Forms and I try to get to them, I am able to download them but they won’t open. It says failed to load pdf document. I’ve attached one of the forms.

When I use the files on my computer, I am able to fill them out, save the info, etc. It’s only when it goes through the Huge IT page. Let me know any other questions or suggestions on how to proceed.

    Thanks

    Dear destinymgmt,

Will it be possible to provide the link to your website when the form is added or you are working on the localhost?

    Thanks

The link to where the forms are is: https://destinymgmt.com/forms

I just updated the plug-in and now when I go to that page there is an error msg:

Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/destinymgmt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forms-contact/hugeit_contact_front_end_view.php on line 19

So please let me know how to correct that as well.

The link to where I go to retrieve the forms sent in and try to open them is:

    https://destinymgmt.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hugeit_forms_submissions&task=view_submissions&id=9

Let me know anything else needed. Thanks.

    Dear destinymgmt,

We will be glad if you inform us what PHP version are you currently running
And we would like to mention that the link you’ve provided cannot be checked because it redirects to the WordPress admin login page. Maybe the post is just a draft page or it is not yet published?

    Thanks

The Insert PHP plug-in is version 1.3. Let me know if you need something different and I can ask the webmaster.

The first link in the last email is the page where customers can download and fill out the forms and submit them back. That’s where the error msg is now after I updated the Huge IT plug in.

The second link I sent is the admin site where I retrieve the forms submitted. If you are looking for a different link or links just let me know.

    Thanks

    Dear athenagap,

    Thanks for your post.
Please be kindly informed that this issue is related to your PHP version which is not compatible with the latest version of the plugin.
You can either update your PHP version or use the solution provided in this forum: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17139264/cant-use-function-return-value-in-write-context

We will wait for your feedback.

    Thanks

Thanks. If the plug-in does not show that there is an update, is there still a way to update it, or is there a different plug-in that should be used, or ????

    Dear destinymgmt,

The last update of the plugin is 1.5.0. If you are using this version, then there is no another available update for now.

The problem which you have faced is related not to the plugin version but to your PHP version which is not compatible with the plugin.

Thus why we suggested upgrading the PHP version or use the solution provided in the forum. Any PHP version higher than 5.5 is compatible with the plugin’s latest release.
If you have other questions, feel free to ask.

    Thanks
