Huge Issues Since 5.0.0 Update on June 22nd

First of all I do want to say that I received a prompt response to my Support ticket through email, but as of yet, this has led to no resolution to an ever-increasing number of issues I am discovering since the 5.0.0 update.
- Currently I can’t make amendments to a Form because it won’t Save

- From ‘Entries’ I clicked on a Form to open it up. From there the ‘Previous’ & ‘Next’ tabs didn’t work and when I clicked on ‘View All’ there is nothing here?

- No ‘Email Notications’ Settings now showing – although Notification emails ARE currently still being sent to the business, I can’t change or add to this?

- No Visual Reports currently being displayed

The Support solution to issue 1) is to “exclude FluentForms path from Litespeed’s settings so it won’t cache further” – and for issue 2) “your issue related to the form saving, most probably your server is blocking the REST API request. Maybe Mod security. In that case, you may ask your hosting provider to disable mod security for REST API.”
I have had no response to issue 3) yet and 4) is one that I noticed this morning.
It seems to me that there are MAJOR issues with this update as others have pointed out. Have you now recognised these issues and are looking for another update, if not where can I get a copy of the most recent version before 5.0.0 so I can roll it back.
