    First of all I do want to say that I received a prompt response to my Support ticket through email, but as of yet, this has led to no resolution to an ever-increasing number of issues I am discovering since the 5.0.0 update.

    1. Currently I can’t make amendments to a Form because it won’t Save

    1. From ‘Entries’ I clicked on a Form to open it up. From there the ‘Previous’ & ‘Next’ tabs didn’t work and when I clicked on ‘View All’ there is nothing here?

    1. No ‘Email Notications’ Settings now showing – although Notification emails ARE currently still being sent to the business, I can’t change or add to this?

    The Support solution to issue 1) is to “exclude FluentForms path from Litespeed’s settings so it won’t cache further” – and for issue 2) “your issue related to the form saving, most probably your server is blocking the REST API request. Maybe Mod security. In that case, you may ask your hosting provider to disable mod security for REST API.”

    I have had no response to issue 3) yet and 4) is one that I noticed this morning.

    It seems to me that there are MAJOR issues with this update as others have pointed out. Have you now recognised these issues and are looking for another update, if not where can I get a copy of the most recent version before 5.0.0 so I can roll it back.

    Thanks for your swift response to this, I’ve notice a few more issues that will hopefully be linked to points 3 & 4 and will also be resolved in the next update.

    I notice that the Search Facility isn’t working, and also that I can’t get past Page 2 of my Entries Pages?

    Although this screenshot below has 3 highlighted at the bottom it is actually just Page 2!

    I didn’t have to take such action in the previous version so can these issues not be resolved within the plugin itself?

    Thank you for the latest update to 5.0.4 but this has only solved issue 1) – I can now Save any amendment to an existing Form.

    ALL of the other issues I reported still remain.

    Later I will record a screencast video to demonstrate these issues and add it here.

    Once again thank you for your further update to 5.0.6 but unfortunately this has made NO difference or improvement to ANY of the issues I shared in my video yesterday?

    It’s getting REALLY frustrating now!!

    I’m not sure if I should be creating a new thread each time because I have had no further response to this one since the initial one?

    Sorry for the delay, actually it’s the Eid holiday here, and that is the reason for the delay. I could not recreate the issues, so I will need admin access, for this, can you please open a support ticket here, I will help you with all your issues. Also, you get faster response there now.
