Hi i did a restore using wp clone. The problem is that i cloned over the wrong website (WEBSITE A )and now it’s gone. Now i have the cloned version ( WEBISTE B ) as the site which is a mistake. Is there anyway to undo this. Now my WP Clone links are all for the new site ( WEBSITE B ) and i desperately need WEBSITE A back.

I can’t find anything online that tells me how to do this. When I go into FTP i see the old theme that was used for the site but that’s all. This is a client site so I need to get it back and i dont see any of the WP CLONE backups that i did for that site, only the ones for the new (wrong site) one.

I am not one of the admins here, nore one of the plugin developers. but I can’t tell you: sorry, won’t be possible.
Did you ask your Webhoster if they store backups?

the backups you’ve previously made are not deleted during a restore, but the database entries that point to them will get replaced during a restore so all the links on wpclone will point to the old site’s backups. however, you should still be able to find the old backups inside ‘/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/’.
