The default “register” page that was created has massive gaps between each user input field, so only 2-3 fields show on any screen and require lots of scrolling to see the whole input form, rather than being stacked immediately on top of each other and all fields visible in a single screen as would normally be expected.

I use very few plugins. All plugins have been disabled except PMS with the same result.

I have reverted to other basic themes including “2022” etc and have the same result.

The formatting issue is the same on desktop, laptop and mobile viewed with a variety of browsers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @riley454,

I’ve tested this on my WP Instance and as can be seen from the following screenshot: https://snipboard.io/E4fw6v.jpg, the fields look normal.
    ?
?The issue you’re encountering most likely is related to a theme issue. Could you please try to specifically activate the default WordPress “Twenty Twenty” theme (I’ve also used this theme), and check if you still encounter this issue?
    ?
?You can also try to go to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> General -> and toggle the “Load CSS” setting to see if it solves the issue.
    ?
    ?Best regards,

I have tested various themes and specifically “Twenty Twenty” as you suggested with no change to the formatting, only the fonts/colors etc are different. Toggling the “Load CSS” on and off has no effect on the formatting between rows.

This is how the “register” form is formatting with gaps between each field https://postimg.cc/30rZFyYz

When signed in the table looks badly formatted with the “status” row and “actions” row misaligned https://postimg.cc/jw4Xf60z

After some further investigation, it appears the “Site Origin Page Builder” and/or “Site Origin Widgets” plugins have affected the formatting of the PMS forms layout.

Disabling these plugins after the PMS pages were created did not solve the problem because they had already used the additional HTML/CSS when the pages were initially created (as intended) which obviously is not removed when the plugin was disabled.

For the benefit of others who use an additional plugin to assist with formatting, I recommend disabling the option to automatically create new pages/posts formatted with that plugin prior to using the PMS wizard.
