Hello Thomas, I have a problem with version 6.2.0: The bottom stop (stop element) no longer works. I have a huge gap after my widget.
    Do you have an idea…?

    Hey afurs,

thanks for reaching out. I would like to see this live.

Please double-check the URL you entered, it doesn’t seem to be a valid site.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Hi Thomas, thanks for feedback. The URL is a test page (Strato) with version 6.2.0. Because of the problem, I reset the plugin on the live site to version 6.1.0 because there are no problems with it.

    Same here.

    Check, please: https://www.codigopiton.com/el-operador-ternario-condicional-en-python/

The id to stop is: #site-footer, 100 pixels of bottom margin.

    Thanks!

@afurs the site does not seem to be accessible. Maybe only you as the admin can see it.
@codigopiton thanks for reaching out! Please open a new thread. It makes handling them much easier and gives a better experience for everyone.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Hi Thomas, thanks for feedback. it is actually the same problem as with codigopiton. After the last widget/block there is a huge distance to the footer. I have now updated the plugin so that you can also see the error with me.

Please give feedback according to your assessment so that I can reset the plugin again to 6.1.1.

    Thanks.

    Hey afurs,

thanks for the link. Which version of Fixed Widget are you running now, because it looks ok.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Hello Thomas, unfortunately, this has now overlapped. I reset the plugin to version 6.1.1 about 3 hours ago. Now I reinstalled version 6.2 so you can see the error.

Hello Thomas, is there already an approach here? Will the problem be fixed in the next version? Feedback would be nice… Best regards

    Hey afus,

sorry, we have not been able to work on this. My day job makes it impossible for me right now. Please keep the downgraded version. I will reach out here if I need further assistance. If not, please check the changelog of the next update to see if it contains a fix.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hello Thomas,

unfortunately the update didn’t help. Neither “minimum screen height” nor “stop elements” react correctly. A huge distance remains.

It would be nice if you could watch it again…

    Thread Starter afurs

    (@afurs)

correction. Of course I don’t mean the “minimum screen height” but the “outer distance below”.

    Thread Starter afurs

    (@afurs)

The distance is obviously not constant. It probably depends on the height of the items on my sitebar.

    Have a look here: https://psplm24.de/werbung-content-partner/
    and for comparison here: https://psplm24.de/nice-to-know/siemens-nx-environment-variables/

I also noticed that the value “Top” (HTML/CSS) doesn’t fit. As long as the block has the value “position: static” the value “top” is 147px (so far everything is fine).
If the scrolling starts, the value “top” changes dynamically (I think that’s correct so far). However, as soon as I reach the lower third while scrolling (felt when the footer appears)
the value “top” falls clearly into minus and ends up at “top: -1416.84px”. If I manually set the value for “top” to “top: 0px) at the end of the scrolling, everything looks correct.

    I hope this helps…

    Hello Thomas,

unfortunately didn’t work. Are you sure this is a different version? The installer says that version 6.2.1 was (re)installed…

    Kind regards
