• Hello,

    I am having an issue with my sites footer area being way too large on every page. I have switched themes to twenty sixteen, reinstalled, deactivated all plugins etc. I am also missing some widgets that I originally started out with, such as the twitter and facebook feed widgets. Thank you for any assistance.

    the footer is tall because there are google ads that (are supposed to be) showing there that are added by a text widget.

    Because you are using a commercial/pro theme, lease go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I don’t have a paid for theme if that’s what you mean by commercial/pro theme.
