Huge ConvertKit Opt In

    Hi Everyone,

    I had a website developer create my page, and I’m trying to make tweaks on my own. So, my WP and Convertkit knowledge is very limited. My convertkit opt in that pops up after 30 seconds on my website is GIGANTIC. It takes up the whole page and is really hard to close. I’m afraid this may cause people to leave my website. How do I adjust the size? Thank you!

    Hey @rgbilinguable,

    Thanks for reaching out. We unfortunately can’t help with customizations, so you’ll need to continue tinkering on your own or hire a developer to assist you.

    I did take a look at your site though, just to see if there were any quick CSS tips I could recommend, and noticed that the Opt In modal does not take up the whole page. It is also very easy to close.

    So it appears that your issue is resolved. Is that correct? I will mark this thread “resolved” for now, but if other questions arise please followup!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the reply. I’m still seeing this as a larger pop up but at least I can easily close it. Thank you all for your help, and I’ll look more closely at this and see if I can implement your advice!
