Huge consumption of resources

  • I have tried the plugin locally and in this latest version on 4 websites that I have created, the exact same thing has happened to me, it took up to 20sec to load each page, as soon as I deactivate it everything returns to normal.
    Check urgently why this is due but this latest version has considerably lowered performance, making usability impossible.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    We found out that this was caused by an issue with our chat service last week. Because of some timeouts with the service, user pages would load very slowly.

    The issue was resolved and we’ve taken measures so this doesn’t happen again. We’re also releasing a new version of the plugin that will eliminate this fully from even happening.
