    Hello,

This happens with Info Boxes. There would be a huge black checkbox even though the editor shows a small one. The huge one is almost as wide as a container though I haven’t measured it. It appeared several times in my blog posts, even though it doesn’t appear in the editor.

Since I put these boxes in front of most of the content, it can cause a significant UI issue and a bad user experience.

The only CSS I do is the color and some bottom padding on the box. I have a fast host (managed).

One interesting thing to note is that every time I load the page, it asks me to save it again, as if some change is always made whenever I load the editor, even though I do nothing.

Help is appreciated, because these ticks appear randomly on a few posts after I do edits, and I can’t keep checking for issues. I have a few caching plugins, and will share any info you need.

    Best,

    Alex

  • Hello @alekmitch,

I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this. Or if the issue occurs in another theme as well.

Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen, and check whether the issue persists. If it works with another theme then this is your preferred theme issue.

    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.?Here is a video that explains the process. If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website as?explained in this video.

    Hope this helps.

Please let us know how this goes.

This is still not fixed? There have been so many updates and still this happens. I guess there is no other way than to code my own plugin. btw, your other blocks are broken, too. The one that lists blog posts? Last time I used it was both high in resources as well as glitchy as hell. Lost so much time trying to make it right (my theme is GeneratePress).

Just mentioning since I’m deleting your plugin. I cannot have questionable plugins on my site. Good luck!
