hueman theme eating space

  • this is my site https://tutshome.com/
    and i just use photo link from other website and just upload about 50kb size phot for featured image.. stil my site eating to much space in my hosting it was 200mb last month now its 250 mb… i dont post much just 1 or 2 eveyday but stil why its eating my hosting space :O? anyone can help me ? i realy need help?

  • Hi tuhinbiswas98. Depending on the size of the image you upload, WP will create up to 3 additional thumbnails and the theme will create up to 4 thumbnails. Don’t know if that accounts for all the increase you’re seeing. Your host may provide a Disk Usage utility in cPanel (if that’s what they use) that would let you see the directory space allocations and the files in the directories.

    i did check my website cpanel and yes most of the space ar only images ?? its sad that i just upload images that just only 40 to 50 kb and stil my site size to much big ?? any way to fix this prob? or eveyone have this problem?
