hueman addons buddypress email customizer not working

  • Hi, I am using HUEman theme Version: 3.3.1. And my HUEman Addons plugin version is 2.0.7.
    I am using buddypress plugin as well.

    In buddypress, there is customizer for emails from where email designs can be changed. but when i activate HUEman Addons plugin, it is not working properly.

    Is there any way I can disable it from affecting the email customizer but still use this for my site content customizer?

    thanks for reporting this.

    So the problem is that when you switch skope and set some email option you lose them?
    Setting email options sitewide works fine though?

    Hi, sorry for the late reply.

    yes, did you watched the video? the WordPress default options customizer is working fine. but not with BuddyPress customizer.

    it seems your plugin is not compatible with BuddyPress email template customizer. I tried to find the solution, but there wasn’t anyone with this issue before.

    can you please look into it and let me know if there is any way it will work with email customizer as well? since it would be best if I can actually customize the look of all my emails separately.

    Yes I watched the video and tested on our side.
