Hueman Add-ons Hiding the Slider

    Our site is still under development, but I discovered that the top slider with the latest posts is not showing when the Hueman Add-On plugin is activated.

    I figured I’d just forget about having that plugin, but I the customizing of Hueman doesn’t work when I deactivate the plugin.

    Anyone else having these problems?

    I am not able to replicate your issue.
    The featured content slider is working properly.

    Please check for plugin conflict.

    You should be using latest version of Hueman and Hueman addon as well as WordPress 4.7
    Please do an update if you are using old version of Hueman or Hueman addon.

    1) Have both Hueman and Hueman addon activated.
    2) If you are using a cache plugin or server cache, please clear cache content and disable it’s caching via it’s settings
    3) Disable one plugin at a time and clear browser history before re-visiting your slider, do this until you find the plugin that’s causing this issue. Replace with an alternative plugin.

    We don’t have cacheing and I deactivated each plugin one by one and the slider didn’t show up until I deactivated the Hueman add-on plugin.

    Any other ideas?

    I have no idea why it does not work for you.
    You can see that I cannot replicate your issue and in my screen-cast it shows Hueman and it’s Hueman addon plugin working properly.

    Having the same issue here. Activate the Hueman Add On plugin and the featured post slider disappears – deactivate and it’s back.

    Wordpress and Add Ons are up to date. No other plugins (new install)

    Right – just use another theme more likely. Are you official support? I hope not!
