Hubspot script don’t save leads since 15/09/2022

    Hi Wp community,

    We use hubspot plugin since many year without problem.
    On 15/09/2022, the script stop saving leads on our website without reason.

    We have try desactivating several extension such as WPRocket, Captacha V3 and Rank Math SEO in order to resolve this issue without success.

    We also try to uninstall hubspot plug in and install the script directly in the source code and also with Google Tag manager.
    All our test failled. We are not able to save lead.

    In order to understand the issue, we install our hubspot account into an other website and run a lead test that succeed.

    Do you have any idea of what could be the issue on this website ?

    May I know how did you install the hubspot plugin? Did you install the wordpress plugin or manually registered the code?

    thanks for your reply.
    the plugin is installed into wordpress and connected to my account.
    I also try by adding the code directly on the website but the submitted form don’t show up in hubspot.

    how can I solve this problem ?

    Yes, we will be working our best to solve this.

    I tried to make a submission from an account named “DeleteMe”. Can you check if you can see it on dashboards?

    Hi @fabricec, thanks for your replies

    Can you try the following:

    * Please remove any manually added HubSpot script, and make sure you have a connected HubSpot account into our Plugin, this will load all required scripts
    * Make sure you have a input with the html attribute “name” equals “email” – I could not find at your form.

    Please let me know once you have this changes so I can verify again

    Thanks for your feedback.
    The script is in place with the plugin.

    The form on this page have a [field id=”email”] as html attribute.

    Could you change to be
