    Hello,

We are using the free version of Hubspot and want to integrate it in Complianz.

We found this post about it: https://complianz.io/hubspot-integration/

… but we can not see a “default policy” setting like it is shown in the post above.

Appreaciate any help to fix it. Thx!

    Hi @titecon,

We’re indeed rewriting the article, as HubSpot changed their settings slightly.

In short, you should be able to create a banner in HubSpot, under settings – privacy & consent, tab Cookies.

It should look similar to this: https://snipboard.io/k09yAU.jpg

This banner and settings will load on your website, our integration should hide the banner, but use the settings to control consent for HubSpot.

Let me know if I missed something, regards Aert

    Hi Aert!

    Thx for the reply.

Your screenshot is from Hubspot, correct? To clarify, we want to use complianz cookie banner but integrate Hubspot there.

Correct me if I got it wrong.

    Thanks!

    Hi @titecon,

The above screenshot is indeed from the HubSpot settings page.

If you enable the Consent Banner in the HubSpot settings, and then apply the Complianz settings as mentioned in our HubSpot article under “Configuring Complianz”, that should be sufficient.

This will hide the HubSpot banner, and consenting in the Complianz banner will consent to the (now hidden) HubSpot banner as well.

    Kind regards, Jarno
