HubSpot embed pop-up form disappearing on mobile after seconds/scrolling down.

  • HubSpot embed pop-up form disappearing on mobile after seconds/scrolling down. Doesn’t do it on all phones. Unfortunately this contact form sometimes will disappear quickly before form can be submitted. Works fine on a latop/tablet.

    Hi benni,

    Thanks very much for your help, its much appreciated. I’ve added this through ‘WP Add Custom CSS’. Also tried adding it to our general style sheet and neither have solved the issue. Not sure if im doing something wrong or theres another issue. Thanks

    Hi, thanks for your previous help. I’ve looked into this some more our end and its due to an issue with the hubspot form not having a feature to allow for scrolling. Is anyone able to provide advice on if and how to ensure a customer can scroll down on this form without the form disappearing?
