HubSpot doesn’t log in

I am having the same problem. I can’t log in. I tried resetting my password. Doesn’t help.

Hi all, David from HubSpot here. In full transparency, we thought we had resolved this in each version but appears there are edge cases that pop up each time.

@ilanaguttman @melanielinden @veneernatale @itthar If you’re still having issues, will you please shoot me an email (dkhim[at]hubspot[dot]com) directly with the following info?

– PHP version
– WordPress version
– List of plugins with their versions – a screenshot of the plugins page should be ok
– Browser’s console logs attached: (here’s how to get them: https://support.shortpoint.com/support/solutions/articles/1000222881-save-google-chrome-browser-s-console-file)
– Browser’s network logs attached (here’s how to get them: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/generating-har-files-and-analyzing-web-requests-720420612.html)

I decided to just use a workaround I found whereby I add some code to the footer in front of the </body> tag. Seemed like an easier solution.

Same issue with faulty logging-in – even with the recently updated plugin version as of:
Version 7.5.5

I don’t know why this is marked as resolved. It is not. Same happening here. Latest versions of everything. Hubspot 7.6.0 WordPress 5.2.2–en_NZ

@ilanaguttman what code did you add to the footer in front of the </body> tag?
