– what operating system you are using (windows / mac etc)
– what browser (and browser version) you are using.
– are there any error messages visible in your browser console when the connection is failing??
– details of a website domain you used to sign up to HubSpot

– insure you are using a HubSpot supported browser
– make sure your browser is up to date
– attempt to make the connection in another browser e.g chrome, firefox etc.
I understand that there is a particular browser you make want to work in and we will work to get you set up in that browser if possible. In the meantime, following these trouble-shooting steps will help us zero-in on what exactly is causing the issue.
