Hub down

Our hosted hub is down, and has been for 15+ hours. We’re just seeing a Pantheon 404 page. I haven’t gotten a single useful response from Bradley, Twitter, Facebook, or an earlier post here by a colleague. I’ve attempted to call the phone numbers on old emails only to find them disconnected. I’ve tried to reach out to Bradley via skype. We are not the only ones having this issue. We need a resolution, but a good start would be for someone to actually respond to us.
