    Hi, I have multiple Contact Form 7 forms on this website.
    they all work. except for these 2 pages:


    they do however send just fine on my staging website:

    When I inspected the form I could see errors appear when hitting the submit button:

    UPDATE:
    this issue only appears when PHP version set to 8 or higher.
    it doesn’t appear when PHP is 7.4.

    is there a way to fix this so I can return the website to PHP v8.1?

    By the way – when the PHP version is 7.4 – the forms are showing “email sent message” when submitting – but I don’t get the email.
    when the PHP version is 8.0 or 8.1, then the spinner next to the send button keeps spinning forever, without sending the message.

    this issue is now on all the forms on the website, but just the 2 i referenced earlier.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, bbPress and Really Simple SSL, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I know for a fact it is not a conflict with the theme or the plugins – because I have the same website (literally the same – just finished migrating it) on https://fule.live/

    Could you please help in a different way?

    Basically, i have already ruled out that its an incompatibility – because i have
    created a website copy on https://fule.live/ – and that one works just fine

    Hi Takayuki, I have done as you advised and switched to the default theme, deactivated all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, bbPress and Really Simple SSL, and clearing all cache data.

    the issue is still there.
    If I am on php7.4, the forms send.
    If I am on php8.1, the forms are not sending and the loading wheel keeps spinning.

    Please help.

    Found the issue.
    It was the Zoho CRM Lead Magnet plugin
