HTTPS working in Chrome and IE, but not Firefox

After installing your plugin, I finally got the green padlock in Chrome and even IE. But Firefox continues to insist that content is being served insecurely. Looking in Firebug’s Net panel shows every piece of content with an https in front of it…so I’m baffled. I cleared my cache, my history, rebooted, etc. Still can’t get the dang padlock.
