• Hi there – I am currently the admin for a corporate website, and I am not sure why the menu is different on the http site vs the https site. It seemed to work about a week ago (I made the menu changes about a month ago). What I am seeing most notably is the “Press Materials” item in the menu does not show up in HTTPS (on some pages it does, some it does not).

I’ve cleared my cache, checked on other browsers, and re-saved the pages in HTTPS. The Press Materials menu item is still not appearing.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It is perfect and secure here in Southern California. You can see in this Screen Shot Showing Green Lock In Firefox that you have solved the problem.

If you do not mind, were you able to pin point the issue and if so, what was it?

    Hi there SKamerica,

The issue is not with whether the site is secure, but the site shows up differently on https versus http. The HTTP version is the accurate one with all of my changes showing up. Most notably is the Press Materials menu item.

The webpage at the url you provided looks great. I am sure you are well aware of the issue with having both https and http sites accessible and not forcing visitors to only one so I presume you will now force https on your http site?

Try to re-install the SSL certificate to your site. I hope it helps.

Ok, I don’t have access to make changes like that. I’ll let the team know, but I can’t guarantee they will do it.
