• Hello,
    I download plugin “https redirection” and after activate it, my site (including all page) is not opening and showing msg “SSL connection error”. Kindly guide how to deactive this plugin.
    I am not a tech. person.

  • Easiest way to deactivate is to ftp in to the site files and remove it from your wp-content/plugins folder or if you are using cPanel/Plesk go into file manager and remove the folder in wp-content/plugins.

    Your problem here is that your web server is not configured to use https on port 443. You are redirecting your users to an SSL URL that is invalid.

    Also please do not post your topic all over the place. I’ve deleted your duplicate posts, it makes it harder to support you when you do that.

    As neilfarrell said, you need to manually delete that plugin from your filesystem on your web server.

    I take action and delete https related folder but problem is occure again.
