https site but only http links

    Hi,

    I’ve changed the settings in my wordpress general settings to make the site https but the links within Site Wide Activities are still pointing to http. I don’t have caching enabled and all the other links have changed to https. Any advise on where to look to find the issue?

    Hi,
    Thank you for using the plugin.

    The action links/content are generated by BuddyPress and most of the time they are static contents.

    Since you have only changed the site url(It only affected options table), the other links did not update.

    My suggestion will be to use a search and replace tool(Search and replace DB) and replace the http version of your site url to https verion in the yourtable_prefix_bp_activity table.

    Thanks for the speedy response, I’m amazed they hard code the site url in so many places ??
