    Hi support team,

    After i recieve the mail, the download page write :

    Secure Connection Failed
    An error occurred while connecting to https://www.xxxx.com.
    The page you are trying to view cannot be viewed because the authenticity of the data received cannot be verified.

    ( English traduction from French)

    – fileinfo support enabled
    – dae-uploads with files are ok

    Hi,

    We tested your download form and after using the download link we got the error “Failed – Network error”. This may indicate a server (settings) issue. You could review your server logs and/or contact your hosting provider.
