https:// instead https:// in some URLs

first of all thanks for this great plugin!

To prevent the “This page contains some resources that are not secure” error on HTTPS websites, it’s possible to do some small change to the URLs contained in the WP-GPX-Maps.js file.

In particular I refer to:

• line 191: https://tile.openstreetmap.org/ → https://tile.openstreetmap.org/
• line 365: https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png → https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.png
• line 370: https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.shadow.png → https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/ms/micons/flag.shadow.png
• line 616: https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal4/icon25.png → https://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/pal4/icon25.png
