HTTPS bug

Hey, I used your plugin to change my site urls to HTTPS, however it seems to have duplicated many url paths in the code as follows:

src="https://www.city-safe.com/https://www.city-safe.com/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/jY1RDoJADEQvBDS

And I cannot change it back through a Search & Replace; any ideas on how to get my site properly working? here’s the link : https://www.city-safe.com
