http_request_failed: "couldn't connect to host"

Hey guys, Jetpack features stopped working. When i go to stats, it says:

http_request_failed: “couldn’t connect to host”https://fitret.az/xmlrpc.php says:
ForbiddenYou don’t have permission to access /xmlrpc.php on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I didn’t set up any plugins for 3 months from now. My plugins:
