HTTP/2 Server Push

Hi,
Can you implement HTTP/2 server push for css and js files? Currently I’m using the “Merge + Minify + Refresh” plugin with W3TC instead of its own minifier because of this function which really speeds up the page.

There is actually a tutorial on how to implement this function in W3TC (https://www.best2know.info/http2-server-push-w3-total-cache-minify/) but I don’t like to edit plugin files because every time there is a plugin update everything is lost (and you also have to check compatibility of the old code).

Please implement this function in the next version! Thanks.
