HTTP url appearing at the top of posts

I don’t believe this is caused by Display Posts Shortcode. It does not modify the content of your posts.

That’s not part of the plugin. That’s code that you had manually added in the first place.

Customizations like that belong either in your theme or a core functionality plugin you create to hold them. They do not go in the Display Posts Shortcode plugin itself, since your changes will be lost on upgrade.

I had the same problem when I wanted to use classes with my output. I used this code here in functions.php
